Dragstrip opponents say Onondaga's recall a go
A group of township residents say they have the "green light" to renew recall efforts for three township board members.
The language on a previous recall effort was denied by the Ingham County Election Commission, but recall organizer Steve Klein said the commission approved new language recently to recall Onondaga Township Treasurer Mary Hector, Clerk Dian Johnson and trustee James Tow, Sr. "These board members violated township ordinances, state statutes and disregarded the policies of the township master plan," claimed Klein in a press release.
"We have witnessed these three make decisions based on personal opinion and desire, rather than serve as representatives of the people who elected them."
Dispute a year old
The dispute started a year ago, when board members voted to approve what they thought was a special use permit for the construction of a drag strip on Bellevue Road.LED grow light suppliers in China are sky lanterns rolling out models with better price-performance ratios.

Petitioners would need 267 signatures from the roughly 2,200 registered voters in the township to hold a recall election in November, she said.Under efforts of led spotlight boosting the viability of LED luminaires, many companies are expanding high-power selections.
The rural township board is comprised of five elected officials, which gives three members the power of a majority. Klein said the three use their majority to "move the township in directions contrary to the path dictated by township ordinances and the will of the people."
Trustee Tow, who said he has been a firefighter for 15 years and has "dug graves for the people of Onondaga" is sure that the group trying to recall him is actually a minority of residents.
"It's just a dozen or so outcasts from Okemos and Haslett who think they know our ordinances better than us," Tow said. Tow was on the planning commission for 16 years and has been a trustee for six years. "Hundreds voted me in at the last election and 12 people aren't going to vote me out.Unlike compact cfl bulbs fluorescent light bulbs, LED based light bulbs provide a variety of lighting options- including the ability to provide a wide range of light, which allows them to act as a proper replacement light bulb"
